Remember: please adhere to the rules in our intro post when filling out your prompts. You can send in as many prompts as you like, but make sure to only fill each form out with a single prompt--then you can refresh and send in another one! And whatever you do, PLEASE don’t leave any of the spaces blank! Especially your email contact! If you don’t have any pluses or minuses, just leave a little N/A for us so we know for sure :)
